This policy covers the Hovilo website at hovilo.app. Hovilo the iPhone app isn’t released yet; it will have its own privacy details in the App Store and an updated version of this policy when it launches.

What we collect

• Waitlist signups: the email address you enter.
• Contact messages: your name, email address and message.
• Basic server logs: our host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to run and secure the site.

We don’t use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

How we use it

• To email you when Hovilo is available, and occasionally with important launch news.
• To reply to messages you send us.
• To keep the website running and protect it from abuse.

We never sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Who processes it

• Netlify hosts this website and stores form submissions.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts on these pages, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails are kept until Hovilo launches and we’ve let you know, or until you ask us to remove you. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email we send, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time through our contact page.

Children

This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
